Isabella Rossini lost no caste in defeat behind the well supported Uncle John at Bath last week and, with proven form on this surface, she looks worth chancing against main rivals Always Flying and Listen To Reason. The selection has to race from 1lb out of the handicap but the three-year-old is potentially well treated on the pick of her form, including over course and distance, and makes more appeal than some exposed rivals. Top weight Nantucket Sound is potentially well treated on his return to the all-weather but has given little sign of encouragement in recent starts on turf, while Gay Kelleway's Iamback probably wants more help from the handicapper. Bethanys Boy has been given a chance by the handicapper and makes more appeal than the maiden Bongoali but a bigger danger is likely to come from Always Flying. The last mentioned had little chance in a non-handicap over an inadequate trip here last time and may do better today, while Listen To Reason could be of interest stepping up in trip. Isabella Rossini looks to be running into form right now though and she gets the vote.
