In depth

Verdict

SPARKING has the highest official rating of these and arguably the best piece of form, namely when chasing home a couple of higher rated rivals over C&D in October. David Barron's filly is the one to beat if reproducing that effort and she gets the nod. Francis Albert tried to make all at Kempton last time only to be caught in the shadow of the post and is likely to make another bold bid from the front here, while Crimson Queen and Woodwind are others to consider.
