      Verdict

Tangramm does just enough to win and a 4lb rise after landing a hat-trick of course wins may not be enough to anchor him. Hussar Ballad also has a shout having beaten Lean On Pete and Freud here three week ago while Fern Owl has slipped down the weights and will be opening his account before long. But BOGARDUS returned to winning ways at Kempton last time and, given he won a handicap off a higher mark in Ireland last year, Patrick Holmes' charge is taken to come good again in this.
