      Verdict

A tricky and yet surprisingly highbrow claimer for Wolverhampton with a lot of these rated in the sixties and out of form. Abdullah cast off Lahberhorn is given a speculative Teamtalk nod here on his all-weather debut. Formerly with Barry Hills, he didn't travel a yard on bottomless ground at Haydock last time out but it would be wrong to throw the baby out with the bathwater at this stage. Random Task blew up on a recent racecourse reappearance but should have stripped fitter for his shrewd trainer. Astrac had the beating of Bulawayo here in a similar event a couple of weeks ago but both seem lights of former years.
