In depth

Verdict

PATRIOTIC was originally with Mark Johnston and gained his first success for Chris Dwyer here on Friday, battling on well for a hard-fought victory. That was an apprentice contest so, as he receives no penalty, a quick follow-up looks on the cards. Pipers Piping was fourth that day after scoring at Southwell the previous day. He had every chance but couldn't quicken and looks held. Master Of Dance is consistent but looking a few pounds high so it's McCool Bannanas, who just can't get his head in front despite some fair efforts, who looks the main threat.
