In depth

Verdict

This is no better than the first division but IRIE UTE should come out best with a repeat of last week's run here. He was beaten less than a length over C&D on that occasion and is only 3lb higher than when beating Little Perisher, Pinball and Dingaan over track and trip in May. Replicator is now back on a winning mark and may figure while the lightly-raced Jerry Ellen sports first-time headgear on his handicap debut and may be capable of better than he's show so far.
