One or two old friends on view here and Thornaby Green could rate a speculative pick versus Watchmaker and Red Current. The selection is fully exposed as a betting proposition but with front runners greatly favoured at Wolverhampton of late, there is every chance that he could steal this race under positive tactics. Watchmaker has a poor draw to work from so the first job will be to secure a handy position. Red Current was due to race on Wednesday and would be of interest if turning out quickly. Mister Fizzbomb is exposed as ordinary but is capable of an end-to-end gallop at his own pace. Siena Star has form over further and has to be respected given his stable's form. Winged Farasi is stepped up in trip and has the services of useful claimer, David Probert. Dictation looked to have lost his way this season but a trip across the Irish Sea might have reawakened his ideas about the game and the market is watched accordingly. Moment Of Clarity belied odds of 20/1 to score over 1m4f and takes a massive drop in trip in an effect to repeat the dose. Competitive if not particularly compelling fare and Thornaby Green gets our vote.
