In depth

Verdict

Imperial Amber, Silver Blue and Persian Fox make plenty of appeal in this seller and the vote goes to Imperial Amber. Karen George has not had many runners this year but Imperial Amber faces her easiest assignment to date and from the plum draw we think she will take plenty of beating. Silver Blue looks the obvious alternative on the pick of his form, although he was well beaten in a handicap at Lingfield last time and he hasn't won a race in well over 2 years. Perisan Fox finished second in this grade a couple of runs ago and a reproduction of that effort should see him competitive today. Bahhmirage looks the best of the others, but for the winner we will stick with Imperial Amber.
