Verdict

Retrieve was well beaten over 1m4f here on Wednesday while though Strong Steps has every chance on these terms he is in such poor form that it’s doubtful if he can run up to his mark of 86. The Gay Cavalier has a shout at the weights and arrives on the back of a win at Lingfield. He can figure again but MR RED CLUBS is preferred having won a couple of selling races here already this year and dropping back down in class for this having found life tough in handicaps of late.
