Aloysius Lilius went close at Lingfield on his last trip over from Ireland and Bahuta Acha beat Steelriver over track and trip last month and has gone close again since. But both will need to be quickly away from wide draws while Lucky Lodge was beaten off today’s mark last time having won at Newcastle earlier. BIG LACHIE can race off the same mark as when winning at Bath during the summer. He’s been keeping better company than this recently and Mark Loughnane’s charge could go close back at this level.
