Verdict

Barton Bounty and Tyrur Ted have plenty in common. Both are previous course and distance winners and scored over 1m2f on turf earlier in the season. They make more appeal than recent Brighton winner Handsome Stranger, who carries a penalty, while Azelle keeps coming up short despite slipping down the weights. KEENE ran well at Newbury on his handicap debut and with this longer trip likely to suit, he gets the nod. Kyle of Bute makes most appeal of the remainder off his current mark.
