In depth

Verdict

Torch Of Freedom won nicely last time out and can follow up in this better company, Thompson's Walls and Ten Pole Tudor could be the main dangers. Sir Mark's charge comfortably got the better of Empress Jade in a Kempton maiden last time out. He is open to plenty more improvement and looks the best option this afternoon. Thompson's Walls has taken on decent enough opposition since landing a Newcastle maiden and should be in the shake up this afternoon. Ten Pole Tudor has yet to win a race but has put in some solid efforts in defeat and another big run is expected. The best of the rest could be Ambrose Princess, but Torch Of Freedom has the best scope for progression and he gets the vote.
