Verdict

Some powerful yards have runners in this maiden. John Gosden sent out last year's winner and Vantage Point will be fancied to go one better after finding only one too good so far at Newmarket and Bath. But Godolphin run two in their colours this year. Eagle's Stare is a half-brother to two winners and sure to improve on his run at Pontefract but ANDRASSY AVENUE was very green here last month. He still wasn't beaten far and has a dirt pedigree so there should be plenty more to come. Avantgardist looks the pick of his yard's duo and is also preferred to Alshibaa.
