PINK JAZZ returned to winning ways over a longer trip here a week ago in a first-time application of tongue-tie and blinkers. There could be more to come in the headgear as he won over track and trip earlier in the year. Several have been thereabouts over 7f recently with Beau Geste, Stoney Lane and Golden Cygnet all finishing closer at this venue and Merweb not beaten far at Lingfield. But Corndavon Lad has tumbled down the weights and makes more appeal having shown more over a mile at Newcastle last time
