Verdict

Dotted Swiss is having a first run on Tapeta and a first start for a new stable. Avenue Of Stars has only had one previous start here but did win and has also been successful at Newcastle. Off bottom weight, Karen McLintock’s gelding is not without a chance this evening while The Lacemaker is also bidding for a second victory on the track. WALK ON WALTER (NAP) had The Amber Fort behind when pouncing late over course and distance three weeks ago. A 3lb rise seems fair and Jonny Portman’s three-year-old can go in again.
