Top Offer won a similar plating race over 7f here last time and is preferred to recent 5f winner Secret Millionaire given the latter has done all his winning so far over the minimum trip. National Service won a couple of low grade handicaps last month and has every chance in this company but ARCHIE STEVENS drops in class today and David Evans' charge can take advantage of the favourable terms and come out best. Agerzam never figured in a claimer at Lingfield last time but was up against much higher rated opposition than this and better is expected here.
