Aspectus has won Group 2 and Group 3 races in Germany so has to be respected but Jamie Osborne's runner is out of form. Dubai Dynamo is another who hasn't been running well lately and he showed far more in his early career. SECRETIVE is nominated to pick up the honours here after a good win at Brighton. He runs off a career high mark but he should handle the Polytrack, the trip is ideal and Mark Johnston has a 17% strike-rate here this year. High Twelve is a danger having been thought good enough to race in the Royal Lodge and the Dewhurst as a juvenile. He has disappointed this term but may be able to improve on a third at Kempton last time. Red Somerset and Layline are other potential dangers in a competitive race but Secretive is selected.
