In depth

Verdict

A wide open contest rounds off the card with very little between many of the leading lights but the principals look to be Kabis Amigos, Dapple Dawn and Kew The Music and the narrow vote is given to Kabis Amigos. The selection has won his last two races in good style, notably when beating Prince Dayjur in game fashion last time. Granted he has a penalty for that win but he has a good draw for a horse that likes to make the running and he is taken to land the hat-trick. Dapple Dawn rates the main danger on his latest second behind Lopinot. He looks sure to appreciate the return to this trip and will not be far away. Kew The Music is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he is often outpaced before running on and his best hope is probably claiming some place money. Flying Bantam has the ability to go close and he has been running well of late, while Marko Jadeo looks vulnerable under top weight. This is an open contest which can go the way of Kabis Amigos.
