SOUL MURMUR has been given a chance by the assessor and can take advantage today, with To Be Or Not To Be and Follow The Flag among the dangers. The Frank Sheridan-trained selection has decent enough form at both this trip and a mile and reappears after a seven month winter break. After one abortive attempt on Dundalk's Polytrack it could be argued that he does have to prove himself on this surface, but he goes pretty well when fresh and he has his best chance of a win yet. To Be Or Not To Be will be popular with punters after winning both here and at Kempton over the winter. He has also got to overcome a break, admittedly shorter, but the handicapper may now have him. Wing Play may also be suffering the same fate, although he looks likely to be very competitive from a BHA mark of 70 and he does like it here. Follow The Flag was a 9f winner here last month, but looks weighted up to the hilt and also races over a trip shorter than his optimum, so we'll take him on today. Gazboolou remains on a decent enough mark. He acts well at Kempton and didn't do badly on his only start here, so he has some form of claim, while Sew'n'so Character has never won on an artificial surface and would probably want an easier task than this to do so. Soul Murmur is taken to score.
