LA DIOSA sets a decent standard for this level and looks well capable of completing a hat-trick, with the main dangers likely to be Kochanski and Strikemaster. Since switching yards from Willie Haggas to George Baker, the selection's been dropped in grade and won two out of two both here. She's the only one coming into this race in any sort of form, but this is a step up in trip. She's not looked particularly enthusiastic, but Chris Catlin's on board again and he's certainly the jockey to get a tune out of anything which is being recalcitrant. She's top weight, but isn't giving much away. Kochanski is having just her fourth outing, and it's a step up in trip. Any Mark Johnston horse here should be respected, and she's his only runner on the card and the only scheduled ride for Joe Fanning. Strikemaster is another trying this trip for the first time, but should get it, judging by the way he was staying on over a mile and a quarter last time out to get placed. The one that we've got a preference for though in another moderate contest is La Diosa.
