Verdict

A tough race to call here for punters with very little between many of the leading lights but the principals look to be Farnborough, Reminiscent and Little Richard and the tentative vote is given to Farnborough. The selection was a good second behind Tiegs last time out. That form has since been franked and off the same mark here he is taken to score. Reminiscent rates the main danger as he won well last time when beating Valeureux but that was over a longer trip and the drop in distance has to be of concern. Little Richard is another that could go well and although he was disappointing last time he did not stay the two mile trip. This looks easier and under his optimum conditions he will not be far away. Rare Coincidence was a fair second behind Lady Pilot last time and is another that could go well but he looks weighted up to his best. Of the rest, Be Wise Girl is from a yard in form and could go well at a price but she may just need there run after a 239 day break and with this in mind for the winner we return to Farnborough.
