Verdict

TAG TEAM is given the vote in a tricky opener, although a case could also be made for Jessica Wigmo and Davids Mark. There is plenty to recommend the selection as he arrives here in good form having finished second on each of his last four starts. He has won over the course and distance and he has a good draw today and he looks a good bet to regain the winning thread. Jessica Wigmo has yet to convince that she gets home over a mile but she has shown some decent form over today's trip and also over 7f and she should be capable of getting competitive. Davids Mark had the worst of the draw at Kempton last time so it was a good effort to finish second behind Boldinor. Once again the draw has done him no favours and for that reason we will take him on. Outer Hebrides would have claims on his best form but he has been very disappointing of late, while Royal Acclamation finished behind Davids Mark last time and it is hard to see him turning the tables today. A tough start to the card and the vote is given to Tag Team.
