Kaaber dead-heated for first over track and trip in September but was behind TASAABOQ when the latter was fourth here. Phil McEntee’s charge has subsequently finished third back here and should be in the firing-line once again in a weak handicap. Great Expectations was winning off much higher marks last year and could bounce back at any time while Prigsnov Dancer has also tumbled down the weights and may well get involved. Lydiate Lady has done all her winning Turf so far but Tahiti One won off a similar mark here during the summer.
