    Verdict

KAWASIR posted an improved effort when third at Lingfield on his reappearance and Roger Varian’s colt is just preferred to West Wing. The latter also finished closer when stepped up to 1m2f last time and makes more appeal than stablemate Player's Luck and the returning Stage Name, a runner-up at Newmarket in August. Keir Hardie has placed in both starts so far though never threatened when third at Chelmsford while much better is expected from Bold Warrior.
