        Verdict

        BEGGERS BELIEF scored at Kempton in October and was beaten less than a length off his new mark at the same track last week. Eric Wheeler's charge should run his race again and makes most appeal. Merrjanah bounced back to form with a third at this track recently and is another with solid claims, but the remainder are all struggling at present. The best of those could be Ashgrove Nell, who scored at this track in September and Misere, who was beaten only a short-head over 7f here back in May.
