A multiple winner on this surface, EMERALD WILDERNESS is much the best of these on past form. It's a bit disconcerting to see him at this level on his first start since March but he won't have to run up to his official mark to get the better of today's rivals. Mahadee landed a seller at Thirsk recently and arrives in better form than prolific Polytrack winner Hurricane Spirit while Light From Mars found one too good when dropped into similar company at Redcar in June. The unpredictable Alhaban may figure but the remainder look up against it.
