        Verdict

        Don't Look Down was beaten only a short-head over track and trip last time and has to come into the reckoning but BALAAWY is just preferred. The latter gets closer with every start and after finishing second over 1m2f at Lingfield on her latest start, Roger Varian’s half-sister to Lancashire Oaks winner Lady Tiana can go one better over this longer trip. Canford Heights is another attempting 1m4f for the first time but Zatorius was less than convincing over today’s distance at Newmarket.
