Verdict

Dalkingstown has looked in the handicapper’s grip since scoring over a longer trip at Sedgefield at the start of the year. PORT O’CLOCK, who has joined David Pipe since winning a hunter chase at Exeter in April, may have more scope having had only four runs under Rules so far. Trumps Benefit and Regaby are both capable of playing a part if in the mood but Townshend is looking a light of former days.
