In depth

Verdict

AMI DES FLOTS (NAP) has come up against useful summer sorts the last twice and acquitted himself with credit. This trip looks ideal and he may prove more at home giving weight away in an ordinary summer handicap than the maiden/novice hurdles he's recently contested. Ultimate Fame looked on the verge of landing a first hurdling success before disappointing last time but has every chance if forgiven that run and steps up to this trip for the first time. Mourne Lass displayed moderate form in Ireland and underwent wind surgery after being tailed off on her first start for the Jefferson team. She's one to keep an eye on. Sevenofus is a possible but Little Jessture looks the main threat after showing a resilient attitude to land two of her last three starts for which a 6lb rise seems very fair.
