Verdict

Tails I Win, Silver Dagger and Rosetown will all be prominent in the betting market and all deserve respect but Faddad gets the vote and looks the value bet. Alison Thorpe claimed Faddad out of a claimer at Plumpton after finishing third last time out. He was not beaten far that day, is nicely weighted and although improvement is required here the trainer has a good record of improving horses and can go very close. Tails I Win was going well on his debut at Exeter when coming to grief, but put that behind him when scoring at Towcester on his latest start. However he carries top weight here and could be vulnerable to a less exposed type. Silver Dagger won a seller last time and has 7lb more to carry today so will find it tougher but will still have his supporters. Rosetown looks a more likely prospect and improved for a break when coming good at Exeter last time. An 8lb rise does not make things easy for him but is certain to give punters a run for their money. However Faddad gets the nod to score at generous odds
