In depth

Verdict

Little form to go on in this with Gilded Article already well beaten in a couple of bumpers and disappointing when sent off favourite for a point-to-point in Ireland last month, though Tony Martin presumably hasn't sent her over for a holiday and McCoy rides. Laurens Ruby and PECTORA both finished third on their only start at Ffos Las and Market Rasen respectably. The latter started favourite so is probably capable of better and gets a tentative vote here as none of the newcomers make much appeal on breeding. Truckers First, who is by Kayf Tara, may be the best of them.
