Verdict

This race doesn't look strong, and it may prove a good opportunity for Come On Buckers to get back to winning ways; Rocket Rob and Hip Hip Hooray are the obvious dangers. The selection just found one too good last time having looked to have the race in the bag half a furlong from home. Whilst his form suggests that a soft ground sees him in his best light, David Evans runner handles this ground ok and if the money comes then he should be backed. Hip Hip Hooray makes his turf debut at a lower level than his two maiden starts on the all-weather; this extra furlong should see him run a big race. Tillagirl and Redsetgo need to improve markedly on what we have seen in one start apiece, so a bigger danger may be Rocket Rob. Simon Callaghan's juvenile shaped with some promise at Sandown on debut and should be respected here, whilst Kosama looks to be making up the numbers on evidence to date but his trainer is no mug. An open race, with Come On Buckers the selection.
