In depth

Verdict

Fol O'yasmine has only had three runs in minor company and this looks slightly tougher. Gladys Cooper had been running poorly until a better effort at Lingfield last month but Mr Potter has to be respected after a couple of fair runs in handicaps. He was in front of Capital Gearing at Wetherby and should have his measure again but Tulip Dress takes a big leap in trip after scoring over 6f at Wolverhampton. It's difficult to know what to make of PORT PARADISE, who produced several good performances last season in decent company but has also thrown in a couple of poor runs. He's never raced beyond 7f but in the hope her gets the extra he's given the nod in a trappy finale.
