In depth

Verdict

Wingingit finished behind higher rated opposition than this in a Group 3 at Newbury on her debut for Andrew Balding and stays this far. But Dubka appeared to have little excuse when disappointing behind runner-up ALJEZEERA (NAP) in the Park Hill at Doncaster last month. The latter is the least exposed of these and further progress is expected from Luca Cumani’s filly today. She’s preferred to stablemate Pacharana while Daphne has something to prove at this level having made a winning return in a handicap at Newbury and the remainder also face a tough task on these terms.
