JESSINAMILLION should have gained some confidence from a facile victory at Hamilton and was only beaten a length off this mark in a handicap at Doncaster in July. He may be the pick of the weights in this ahead of unexposed Doncaster scorer Equitation. Stanhope has been creeping up the weights without winning but has each-way claims. Father Mckenzie is also consistent but still looking a few pounds too high and was easily beaten by Comprise at Kempton in July. Michael Bell’s gelding has not handled a soft surface in the past, however.
