    Verdict

Jane Elliott brought Shypen with a steady run to land the spoils over 6f here earlier this month but fifth-home Olympic Runner, who started favourite that day, is now 6lb better off and the drop in distance might not suit the winner. Sir Roger Moore probably needed his run at Windsor and is back over his winning distance. ARCHIMEDES was also entitled to need his outing at Bath, his first since October. He, too, has been successful over the minimum and he can't get much lower in the weights.
