    In depth

    Verdict

Glittering Prize has been in great form recently and can gain an overdue success, Grand Cuvee and Blitzen can also pay their part. Mark Johnston's charge has been steadily improving and chased home a decent type in We Have A Dream at Nottingham last time out. Off a similar mark today he should take a deal of beating. Grand Cuvee has taken time to come to hand but ran well last time out and could be a solid each-way proposition. Meanwhile Blitzen is from a yard in good form and gets in here on a fair mark for his handicap debut. Carnival Queen should also be in the shake up if the first time visor is a help, so all in all a very tricky contest but Glittering Prize could be the best option.
