This is normally won by an above average filly, with two of the recent winners Harayir and Cape Verdi going on to land the 1000 Guineas. The Irish raider Danaskaya, is worthy of respect even though she has only won a maiden. The runner-up that day was none other than Rock Of Gibraltar's full-brother Great Pyramid, who went on to frank the form next time when winning at Cork. The home team are led by the impressive Russian Rhythm, whose form of her maiden win at Newmarket has been franked by the subsequent victories of the next four, who her followed her home that day. She then went on to land the Group 3 Princess Margaret Stakes with the minimum of fuss. She looks a filly out of the top draw and will take plenty of beating. Romantic Liason has done nothing wrong and left a decent field trailing when landing the Group 3 Queen Mary Stakes. She has plenty of speed and it remains to be seen if she is as effective over this longer trip. Wunders Dream is another speedy filly as she demonstrated when running away with the Group 3 Molecombe Stakes. She is well worth her place in the line up and being a half-sister to seven-furlong winner Volata and ten-furlong winner Industrialist, she is almost certain to improve for the step up in trip. Wimple is a useful filly in her own right, but she has plenty to find at this level.
