HIGHFIELD PRINCESS won this last year when in the midst of a purple patch. Khaadem was beaten five lengths in fourth and John Quinn’s smart mare can come home first again having won a Group 2 on the bridle at Goodwood three weeks ago when Makarova, Nymphadora and Equality were unplaced. Bradsell did beat the selection dropping back to 5f in the King’s Stand at Royal Ascot but is worse off at the weights at this stage of the season. Dramatised ran poorly at Royal Ascot but warrants respect on a Group 2 win at Haydock on her reappearance and Regional has improved this year, though this is a big step up in class. Big Evs is a fascinating runner having won a Listed race and a Group 3 this summer. Two-year-olds have done well in this race in the past with their huge weight-for-age allowance and the son of Blue Point is a real speed merchant. Live In The Dream could outrun big odds if the rains arrive.
