In depth

Verdict

Ice Dancing made a winning start at Wolverhampton in March and Miss Sheridan has won her last two at Redcar and Pontefract and should stay the extra. Clef beat Appointed in a nursery at Doncaster last July but the latter is now 6lb better off for half-a-length. Ebbesbourne wears a hood after a disappointing return to action at Chelmsford and Desert Water also ran poorly last time. Canberra Cliffs and Crimson Rosette step up in class so this can go to THE SKY IS BLAZING. The top weight was favourite for the Oaks Trial at Lingfield on her reappearance but was caught out when the pace quickened off the home turn. This more galloping track should see her recoup losses.
