Sir Henry Cecil won this with Twice Over last year and though Jet Away is not in that league, his earlier defeat of subsequent Group 2 winner Fiorente at Goodwood looks better now. Asfare has every chance on the back of his Listed win at Sandown especially as the fast ground will suit him better than Planteur though the latter was a Group 1 winner in France last season. Wigmore Hall is another who regularly competes at the highest level and he's not easily dismissed while Sri Putra is a rare winner nowadays but beat Side Glance at Kempton earlier this year and the latter has since won at Epsom with Marcret behind. Hunter's Light can also be given a chance in a wide-open renewal but a punt is taken on PREMIO LOCO. He's only raced over today's trip twice, both times in the Winter Derby, where he was beaten a nose back in 2009 before winning it this year and there could well be more to come from him over the distance.
