Peterborough have signed midfielder George Moncur on loan from Championship side Barnsley.
Moncur, 22, who joined Barnsley from Colchester earlier in the summer, will stay with Peterborough until January 7.
"We are delighted to announce the loan signing of George Moncur from @bfc-official until 3rd January 2017," Posh confirmed on their official Twitter account.
Posh chairman Darragh MacAnthony tweeted: "Delighted to announce loan signing of G Moncur from @bfc-official till January. Got there in the end."
Moncur, who progressed through West Ham's academy and was a near ever-present for Colchester in League One last season, joined newly-promoted Barnsley in June for an undisclosed fee, but has been restricted to just two appearances for Paul Heckingbottom's side this season.
