Cecilia Braekhus will put all five of her world titles on the line when she faces Klara Svensson in a Scandinavian super-fight in the new year.
Braekhus, who holds the WBA, WBC, WBO, IBF and IBO welterweight tiles, returns to the ring after knocking out Anne Sophie Mathis in two rounds in October.
The undefeated 35-year-old Norwegian boasts a record of 29 straight wins and has vowed to stop her Swedish rival when they meet in Oslo on January 28.
"My last fight ended quite quickly. I left the arena without bruises or any injuries at all, and could go straight back to training with Johnathon Banks," said Braekhus.
"The main goal for this fight is the same as last time. I am going to be better then Svensson in everything. I will win, and I will end this fight long before the 10th round."
Svensson (17-1-0) defeated experienced compatriot Mikaela Lauren to secure the WBA interim title in a tough 10-rounder in September.
"I share Cecilia's attitude, because I have the same goal as her. I have been dreaming of this opportunity, and I am very happy that this fight came now," said the 29-year-old.
"I have what it takes to beat Cecilia, and I am looking forward to face her in the ring."
Promoter Nisse Sauerland added: ''We're happy to have finalised negotiations for this fight. This is going to be a great match-up for the fans. You have the current female pound-for-pound number one against the young hungry challenger, and the rivalry between Sweden and Norway will of course give it an extra spice.
"We believe Klara is ready for this fight, Cecilia has been a great champion, but now it is time for Klara to take her place at the top of the division!"
