Antoine Sibierski, Bradley Walsh and rock four-piece Tribes are all on Soccer AM this week!
Put a smile on your face with Soccer AM this week!
It's onwards and upwards after 'Blue Monday' and Soccer AM is aiming to send you into your weekend with a smile on your face and a spring in your step!
First up on the orange sofas this week will be former Manchester City midfielder Antoine Sibierski!
The French star began his career with hometown club Lille in 1992 and went on to play for Auxerre, Nantes and Lens, before heading to Manchester in 2003.
City paid the French club £700,000 for their club captain and it would prove to be money well spent as the 29-year-old Sibierski slotted straight into the City first team.
Seven goals in his first season - including a debut effort against Charlton - further enhanced his reputation in Manchester, where he would remain for three years.
In 2006 Newcastle swooped on deadline day to take the 6ft 2in star to St James' Park and it wasn't long before the Toon Army were chanting his name. Spells with Wigan and Norwich followed, before in 2009 he decided to call time on his career.
The 37-year-old has since become a football agent and we will be reflecting on a fine career and finding out how he is enjoying his new job.
Double hat-trick
Next down tunnel will be actor and Soccer AM favourite Bradley Walsh!
The Arsenal fan is no stranger to the orange sofas and has already collected two hat-trick balls!
His last appearance was way back in 2006, however, so there'll be loads to catch up on and first on the agenda will be his role in ITV series 'Law and Order: UK'.
Walsh has appeared in all six series of the show and he will be telling us how he landed the role of Sergeant Ronnie Brooks.
The former Coronation Street actor has also forged a successful career as a presenter and currently hosts the ITV game show 'The Chase'.
Walsh's career in entertainment may have taken a backseat though, had it not been for an injury which ended his football career.
The 51-year-old was on the books at Brentford in the '70s, but was forced into early retirement before he could break into the first team.
These days he kicks every ball while watching his beloved Gunners and we'll be getting his views ahead of their massive Super Sunday clash with Manchester United.
Rockers
Completing this week's line-up will be Camden rockers, Tribes!
The four-piece only joined forces in 2010 but have quickly established themselves in the industry, while making a point of standing out in the crowd.
The boys, who include Nirvana, Pixies and REM as influences, took to the festival circuit last summer following the release of their debut EP 'We Were Children', which brought them to the attention of the masses after Zane Lowe named the track "Hottest Record in the World" on Radio 1.
Their debut album 'Baby' was released this week and Johnny, Jim, Dan and Miguel will all be in the studio to talk about that, the teams they support and the non-league club they sponsor!
That wraps up this week's guests but there's loads more to look forward to, including Birmingham's 'Pussycat Cheerleaders' (including John Barnes' daughter!) and Away Days with Frankie Fryer in Wolves!
Plus, Dev will be answering your tweets live during the show, former Watford star Jay Demerit joins us on the phone, Max meets Newcastle gaffer Alan Pardew and Tubes heads to Shoreditch with Everton 'keeper Marcus Hahnemann as he guest stars in a heavy metal band!
So tune in for Soccer AM, Saturday, 10am, on Sky Sports 2 and Sky 1 HD.
