Leeds Rhinos stand-off Liam Sutcliffe is in danger of missing Saturday's Grand Final re-match with Wigan after being charged with a grade B offence of foul play.
Sutcliffe, one of only three ever-presents for the champions in their troubled season, is accused of making a dangerous throw on Castleford centre Ben Crooks during his side's 52-12 home defeat by the Tigers last Thursday.
He was charged by the Rugby Football League's match-review panel and is set to appear in front of a disciplinary tribunal on Tuesday.
Any ban will rule him out of the final game on opening day of the Dacia Magic Weekend at Newcastle's St James' Park.
Salford full-back or winger Niall Evalds has been charged with a grade B offence of making dangerous contact on St Helens centre Mark Percival during the Red Devils' 34-20 Super League defeat by Saints at Langtree Park on Friday.
Wakefield prop Anthony England is also at risk of missing out on the Magic Weekend after being charged with a grade A offence of punching during the Wildcats' 36-28 victory over his former club Warrington on Sunday.
England was sin-binned for the hit on Wolves half-back Kurt Gidley, who has been told his yellow card was sufficient punishment.
England will face a hearing on Tuesday alongside his Wildcats team-mate Scott Moore, who has been charged with a grade E gouging offence for an incident during the club's victory over Widnes last month.
Hull prop Liam Watts has been charged with a grade A offence of making dangerous contact on Wigan centre Dan Sarginson during his side's 30-16 win over the Warriors.
