Hello everyone! I hope you are well, I've had a great couple of weeks!
I am now completely recovered from the jet lag I suffered when I returned from San Diego and I am really enjoying the start of the season.
I competed in three long jump competitions last week which was exhausting, but worth it as I succeeded in jumping the 'A' standard qualifying jump to be considered for selection by Wales for the Commonwealth Games!
I am so happy and now plan to consolidate my training and really work on my run up to try and get more distance.
I am also competing in my first 100m race this weekend at Newham prior to racing at the Loughborough Internationals next weekend.
I am so excited about competing again and really hope that all my hard work during the winter will show through.
