This week on Get Involved we took a look at basketball and wheelchair basketball - and how you could take to the court.

Team GB had a disappointing Olympics in basketball, with the men finishing fifth in their group and the women sixth.

But the men's wheelchair basketball team are targeting a medal after their bronze in Beijing four years ago and are in good form after winning European Championships last year.

We spoke to players about why they love the sport and why people should get involved:

HOOKED: Terry Bywater, Team GB, said: "Anyone who watches wheelchair basketball for the very first time always gets hooked by it. Don't look at the chair look at the athletes in them. There are some spectacular athletes in the world who play the game.

WINNING: Dan Highcock, Team GB, said: "I just love the competition. I love going hard into people, I love showing what I can do and I love winning."

INSPIRATIONAL: Sultan Al-Esayi, Sheffield Steelers, said: "It saved my life this sport. If it wasn't for this sport I don't know where I'd be right now."

FOR EVERYONE: Murray Treseder, Paralympic GB Basketball Head Coach, said: "We need to get over the misconception people have that you need to be in a wheelchair to get involved. The wheelchair is just like a cricket bat or tennis racquet; it's a piece of equipment for the game. You don't have to be in one to play. We're slowly winning that battle."
