Joshua: George Groves and Martin Murray on Gloves Are Off
Thursday 16 June 2016 16:31, UK
George Groves and Martin Murray will sit down in what could be boxing's last-chance saloon in the latest Gloves Are Off .
The two super-middleweight stars face each other on the Anthony Joshua vs Dominic Brezeale undercard, live on Sky Sports Box Office, knowing the loser is unlikely to get another world-title shot.
It has been shown On Demand already but this is the chance for all of you to see the respectful but no-nonsense fighters trade blows and try and win the verbal battle, on Friday night, 10.30pm, Sky Sports 1.
Joshua and Breazeale has been out already but with Groves known for his mind games and Murray a man who doesn't mince his words, the pair's face-off is going to set the tone for what many people expect to be the closest fight of the night on June 25.
Johnny Nelson is the man in the middle but the two super-middleweights will have plenty of talking points, including...
The A-game - Groves is used to these big fights, especially when it comes to Sky Sports Box Office, but does that give him the edge?
Tough call - Murray is known for his durability so will he come into his own in the second half of the fight?
Retirement fun - The winner might get one more world-title tilt but will the loser call it a day? Will they both have one eye past this fight?
Shake on it - It wouldn't be The Gloves Are Off unless the enemies remain respectful and shake hands... but you need to see what happens on this one!
Watch George Groves vs Martin Murray as part of Joshua vs Breazeale, live on Sky Sports Box Office from The O2, on June 25. Book the event online here.
