Johnny Nelson is joined by Katie Taylor to discuss her big impact in professional boxing and potential clash with Natasha Jonas

Katie Taylor is this week's guest on State of the Week as she talks about her swift progress as a professional and a potential fight with Natasha Jonas.

Ireland's amateur star is within touching distance of a world title fight after racking up five victories since her pro debut in November last year.

Taylor has already gained experience of fighting on the big stage and extended her unbeaten record with a classy stoppage win over Nina Meinke on last month's Anthony Joshua-Wladimir Klitschko bill at Wembley.

She is set for a shot at the WBA lightweight title after her win over Meinke, while the arrival of former Team GB fighter Jonas in the paid ranks has created an intriguing rivalry.

"Ever since I started boxing, I wanted to be involved in these big fights and no doubt the fight with me and Natasha Jonas will eventually happen down the line," Taylor told Sky Sports' Johnny Nelson.

"It is a fight that people are going to be interested in and it is a big fight here in the UK as well. I really look forward to that challenge."
