David Haye will attend a hearing with the British Boxing Board of Control on Wednesday for comments he made before his fight with Tony Bellew.
The 36-year-old former world champion could face disciplinary action when he appears before the BBBofC's officials at the hearing in Cardiff.
Haye suffered an 11th round stoppage defeat to Bellew in March and is currently recovering from an Achilles injury that he sustained in the heavyweight fight at The O2.
The BBBofC initially warned Haye about his conduct in January after a pre-fight press conference turned into a scuffle with Bellew.
"Any more problems and they both have the threat of their licence being taken away," promoter Eddie Hearn said about the incident, before Haye and Bellew met again on The Gloves Are Off.
In 2012, Haye and Dereck Chisora had their boxing licenses removed by the BBBofC for brawling at a press conference in Germany. Haye eventually defeated Chisora at Upton Park in a fight licensed by the Luxembourg Boxing Federation.
Haye was also reprimanded by the BBBofC for comments made before his win against Audley Harrison in 2010.
